4. 기타 유의사항

• ▫ 개인정보 및 접수작의 판매와 파기
  • - 본 공모의 개인정보 처리취급방침은 참가신청서 작성시 동의한 개인정보 처리취급 방침을 따름
• ▫ 저작권 관련사항
  • - 국내∙외 공개 발표된 디자인, 타 공모 선정작 및 상품화된 작품은 출품 할 수 없음
  • - 모든 출품작은 NFT로 발행되지 않은 순수 창작물이어야 하며, 표절 및 도용, 모방작으로 인정되는 작품은 심사에서 제외함
  • - 공모 접수 절차에 따라 정상적으로 접수된 작품이어도, 접수 이후 저작권과 관련된 이의 제기 및 법적 문제가 발행할 경우, 플랫폼 내에서 삭제될 수 있으며 접수가 취소될 수 있음
  • - 공모 선정 후에도 표절, 도용, 모방, 타 공모 선정 및 상품화된 작품의 경우 실격 처리되며, 전시 참여가 취소 될 수 있음. 이와 관련한 모든 민∙형사상 책임은 참가자에게 있음
  • - 표절 및 모방에 대한 재심 결과는 심사위원회와 주관기관의 결정에 따름
  • - 의도적인 표절 및 침해가 아니더라도 타 작품과 상당부분 유사한 점이 발견될 경우 선정발표 이후라도 선정작에서 제외될 수 있음
  • - 출품된 작품의 저작권은 참가자에게 있음
  • - 참가한 작품의 저작권, 초상권과 관련한 모든 법적 책임은 참가자에게 있음
  • - 출품작의 권리는 원칙적으로 출품자에게 있으나, 선정작의 경우 주최사가 공모 이후 전시ㆍ홍보 등 공익 관련 비영리활동에서 선정작을 활용(제작ㆍ복제ㆍ편집ㆍ배포)할 수 있는 포괄적 이용 권한을 가지고, 그 기간은 선정작의 활용 목적이 소멸하는 시점으로 별도로 확정하지 않음. 선정작에 한하여 협의 통해 2차 가공 및 홍보로 이용할 수 있음
• ▫ 기타
  • - 본 공모의 모든 참가작 및 선정작은 서울디자인재단의 오프라인 전시가 진행되므로 이에 동의하지 않을 경우 참여할 수 없음
  • - 추후 NFT 발행 시, 가상화폐지갑 개설이 가능한 자(팀)만 가능하며, 미성년자는 가상화폐지갑 개설이 가능한 성인과 함께 팀 단위로 참가 가능
  • - 공모 일정은 사정에 따라 변경 가능하며, 변경사항 및 안내사항은 홈페이지에 공지함
  • - 서류 제출 시 작성한 인적사항 등 개인정보는 본 공모 목적으로만 사용함
  • - 제출 서류에 허위 사실을 기재하거나, 미제출한 경우 선정 대상에서 제외될 수 있음
  • - 접수 마감 후 제출한 서류에 대한 수정, 재접수가 불가함
  • - 결과발표는 홈페이지 게시 및 선정자 개별 연락되며, 심사, 발표 등 모든 일정은 주최 측의 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있음
  • - 심사 과정 및 심사 내용은 공개하지 않으며, 참여자는 심사위원 구성, 심사기준, 심사결과에 대한 이의를 제기할 수 없음
  • - 법령에 의거하여 14세 미만의 미성년자는 법적대리인의 동의를 필수로 함. 특히, 동의를 받지 않은 미성년자 선정자는 선정이 취소될 수 있음
  • - 주최자의 귀책사유가 아닌 천재지변이나 불가항력의 특별한 사정으로 행사가 취소 또는 내용이 변경되는 경우, 주최자에게 책임 및 보상을 요구할 수 없음

  • ※ The meaning of DDP 45133 The characteristics of exterior panels of DDP: Exterior panels that were used entirely on the DDP’s exterior, South Korea’s first and biggest 3-dimensional atypical form Contributing to the public benefits and expanding the design culture by propelling the project under the motif of the exterior panels 45133. The main goal is to establish a precedent for a public facility that allows citizens to share ownership and operate the DDP community, which leads to participation and support beyond affiliation by sharing NFTs.

4. Other Notices

• ▫ Personal Information and Sale and Disposal of Submitted Works
  • The personal information processing policy of this contest follows the personal information processing policy agreed upon when filling out the application form.
• ▫ Copyright-related Matters
  • Designs publicly presented in Korea or abroad, other contest-winning works, and commercialized works cannot be submitted. All submitted works must be pure original creations that have not been issued as NFT, and works that are recognized as plagiarism, imitation, or copying will be excluded from the judging. Even if the work is accepted normally through the contest submission procedure, if there is any objection or legal issue related to copyright after submission, it may be deleted within the platform, and the submission may be canceled. Even after being selected for the contest, works that are recognized as plagiarism, imitation, copying, or previously selected for another contest or commercialized may be disqualified, and participation in the exhibition may be canceled. All civil and criminal liabilities related to these issues are the responsibility of the participant. The results of the review of plagiarism and imitation are subject to the decision of the judging committee and the hosting organization. Even if it is not intentional plagiarism or infringement, if a significant similarity to another work is found, the selected work may be excluded from the selection even after the selection announcement. The copyright of the submitted work belongs to the participant. All legal responsibilities related to the copyright and portrait rights of the participating work are the responsibility of the participant. Although the right of the submitted work belongs to the submitter in principle, the host has a comprehensive usage right to use the selected work (production, duplication, editing, distribution) for non-profit activities related to public interest such as exhibition and promotion after the contest, and the duration of this right is not separately determined but ends when the purpose of using the selected work disappears. The selected work can be used for secondary processing and promotion through consultation.

  • All participating works and selected works of this contest will be displayed offline by Seoul Design Foundation, so those who do not agree cannot participate. Only those who can open a virtual currency wallet can participate in the issuance of NFT later, and minors can participate in teams with adults who can open a virtual currency wallet. The contest schedule may be subject to change due to circumstances, and any changes and instructions will be posted on the website. Personal information such as personal information written in the submitted documents is used only for the purpose of this contest. If false facts are included or not submitted in the submitted documents, the applicant may be excluded from the selection. It is not possible to modify or re-register the submitted documents after the submission deadline. The announcement of the results will be posted on the homepage and notified individually, and all schedules such as review, announcement, etc. may be changed depending on the circumstances of the organizer. Participants cannot raise any objections regarding the composition of the judging committee, judging criteria, and judging results. Minors under the age of 14 must have the consent of their legal representative pursuant to the law. In particular, minors who are selected without consent may have their selection canceled.
