'Amazing! Tomorrow’, Welcome to Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP). DDP is a multi-cultural complex located at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station in Seoul, Korea. Since its foundation on March 21, 2014, DDP has staged diverse cultural events including exhibitions, fashion shows, product launch shows, forums, conferences and various cultural events. DDP is where new design trends begin and cultures are exchanged. It is a venue that introduces new products and fashion trends, that shares knowledge through exhibitions, and that offers diverse contents to experience new design. Through these activities, DDP will be the hub of the design and fashion industry that will expand to Asia and the world.

‘Amazing Tomorrow’ captures the ambition to deliver an experience that will pleasantly surprise future citizens and foreigners through the DDP, which showcases a future-oriented building design resembling a spaceship, cutting-edge construction technology, and content.

The DDP Museum is registered as a first-class public art museum under Seoul's registered art museum no.29020-01. Being registered as Korea’s only public art museum will be a major turning point for DDP in becoming the source of creative resources by discovering, researching and exhibiting Korea’s design values and portraying contemporary global design content.
Space DDP 45133, where we become one through art and technology
We are making new possibilities with the citizens by adding fresh values and vision of the future on the historic, cultural, social, and economic foundations of Dongdaemun Gate.
Each and every aluminum panel covering DDP, totaling 45,133, looks and feels different, similar to the diversity of all things making up the universe. Such diversity and harmony not only create visual and spatial spectacle but also mirror the vast space created by components like us human beings with no two persons being identical.
The space built on diversity and harmony achieved by different things is the very space and the value pursued by DDP 45133.
DDP 45133, a digital space created based on the participation of people just like everything comes together to form a space. The DDP 45133 NFT exhibition is a space where we become one through art and technology by merging the online world and the real world of DDP.

A space for contact-free events
Seoul ON is an ideal venue for virtual conferences and events amidst the prolonged pandemic. It is equipped with a large display screen and high resolution video as well as state-of-the-art audio and lighting equipment. There is also a general waiting room, VIP green room, a locker room, an interpreter’s booth, a control room, and a lounge. It is perfect for a wide variety of online and studio events, such as talk shows, forums and lectures as well as virtual conferences.

Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), Seoul’s representative building, normally reveals its existence through its unique silver color. But at night, the curved silver surface becomes a canvas. SeouLight, with its overwhelming scale and dynamism, has gone global and is now catching the attention of the world. DDP is growing as a cultural asset of Seoul and playing a role in vitalizing local and national economy with Dongdaemun at its center.
