| Notice | - The tour operates only on designated dates.
- Failure to attend without prior cancellation (NO-SHOW) may result in restrictions on future bookings.
- If you arrive after the tour has started, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and joining the tour in progress may be difficult.
- English tours are available for foreigners themselves or for Koreans accompanying foreigners. Failure to present identification proving foreign nationality may make participation in the tour difficult.
- Individual interpreter requests are not possible.
- Due to weather, events, construction, or other internal factors, some routes may be subject to change.
- For a safe tour experience, we kindly ask you to follow the tour docent's instructions. We do not take responsibility for accidents resulting from personal negligence.
- Any behavior that disrupts the tour or causes discomfort to others may be prohibited.
- We kindly request that photography during the tour respects the privacy rights of others.
- Recording of the tour content is not permitted.
- We provide receivers and headphones for the tour. In case of loss or damage, repair costs may be charged.
